How do I choose which Coffee Grind to buy?

Course (Chunky) Grind

Bold, Smooth, and Perfect for Slow Brewing

Our Coarse Grind features large, rugged coffee particles crafted for slow-extraction brewing. This grind is ideal for French press, cold brew, and percolators, where longer steeping times bring out a smooth, full-bodied cup with less acidity. Its chunkier texture helps preserve the coffee’s natural oils and character, giving you a rich, bold flavor that stays true to the roast.

Expresso (Fine) Grind

Fine, Concentrated, and Precision-Engineered

Our Espresso Grind is an ultra-fine, powder-like grind crafted for high-pressure brewing systems. This grind is specially made for espresso machines, Moka pots, and AeroPress (short brew times). Its fine texture ensures fast, even extraction, delivering a rich, concentrated shot with deep flavor intensity and a smooth crema. Ideal for those who enjoy bold, aromatic espresso-style coffee.

Standard (Medium) Grind

Versatile and Balanced for Everyday Brewing

The Standard Grind is our most versatile option, designed to fit most home brewing setups. With a texture similar to granulated sugar, it provides balanced extraction for drip coffee makers, pour-over cones, and brewing baskets. This is the perfect choice for customers who enjoy consistency, smoothness, and a dependable daily cup that highlights the roast’s true flavor profile.

Whole Bean

Maximum Freshness and Full Control

For those who prefer the fullest flavor experience, Whole Bean is the ultimate choice. These unground beans allow customers to grind fresh at home, tailoring the grind size to any brewing method — from coarse to fine. Whole Bean coffee preserves the roast’s natural oils, aromatics, and complexity, delivering peak freshness and the most customizable brewing experience possible.
